For over 15 years, Dr. Rob (Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership) has taught leadership and management courses at multiple universities. He has tirelessly worked to change the leadership perspectives of the organizations he has worked for.
Tasked with securing a leadership program for a $1.8 billion dollar organization, Dr. Rob met with countless individuals and companies and found each, while they offered good content, did not connect with the foundational concepts of leadership that Dr. Rob has come to understand and teach. In a nutshell, each wanted to teach leaders about leadership and its components, but none of the organizations offered a program to establish how leaders actually need to think.
Our program is a very understandable and unique process to help leaders understand not only how to lead, but who they are and how that stops them from leading. It aligns with what the organization believes leadership is, who the leader is now to build upon those aspects, and sets in motion a cohesive understanding that delivers results. The program teaches individuals how to think like leaders, not just train them to be leaders.
In the end, leaders will all share a common vision of what leadership in the organization is, realize what is stopping them from connecting to their employees and truly leading them, as well as understand how to further develop their employees.
A two day training on our Think Like a Leader program. Once completed, we will design customized courses (as many as needed) for your needs and business, to help your team continue to learn and grow.
We can provide one on one coaching for your leaders for as long as you need. It is imperative the learning sticks and becomes a part of who your leaders are.
Predictive Index analysis will help you and your team to understand who they are and how to improve as leaders. This can also include custom made courses that address the specific needs uncovered when the Predictive Index is reviewed.
Using Predictive Index we can model your best leaders or develop a composite leadership model, then coach and train the rest of your team to that model.
We can coach your leaders remotely to help them to grow and learn as leaders. The two day Think Like a Leader program can also be delivered remotely.
